1. All custom pen and pencil orders are final once payment is received. Changes to the order must be made before production begins.

2. Engraved items cannot be returned.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or engages in abusive behavior.

5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the order process. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional costs.

6. We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international orders.
